At Stay with Rajmudra, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our guests.
1. Cancellation Timeline & Refund Eligibility

6 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount.

Between 72 hours and 6 days before check-in: 30% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Within 72 hours of check-in: No refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway but typically takes 7–10 working days.
3. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
4. Modification of Booking

Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may be treated as a new booking. Cancellation rules will apply to the original booking if canceled.
5. Force Majeure

In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), we reserve the right to modify or waive cancellation charges at our sole discretion.
